Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed shooter arcade game where players must fend off waves of enemies such as centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas using your trusty bugblaster! Your goal is to survive as long as possible in this thrilling challenge. The bugblaster fires small darts to target the segmented centipede, which is composed of 10 to 12 body parts, including its distinctive head. When you hit a segment, it turns into a mushroom, and each fragment continues to descend independently toward you. To successfully destroy the centipede, you must aim for and shoot its head. Control your bugblaster effortlessly using the keyboard or mouse to maneuver and take accurate shots at the approaching enemies.
